JIM KAUTH CLWM, CLIA
July 2007 to present – Managing Director
Jim is a Certified Landscape Water Manager (CLWM) and a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA) with the EPA and the Irrigation Association. There are only 95 people in the United States and (5) in Arizona who are certified as Water Managers.

JOSH DORRIS
Director of Operation
Josh grew up working for his father doing landscaping and has owned his own landscaping company. He has over 30 years of experience in landscaping and irrigation. He was the former regional irrigation manager for the largest landscape company in America. In 2000, he completed the Irrigation Association training as a Landscape Irrigation Auditor and as a Controller Troubleshooter; in 2002, he completed the RAINBIRD Irrigation Training Camp requirements; in 2010, he completed the Smart Scape Program for Landscape Professionals; and in 2011, he completed the American Backflow Prevention Association training to be a certified tester.
Josh is an expert in managing ET-based “Smart” controllers. He has extensive knowledge in both Toro and Rain Bird systems. Josh currently manages over 1.5 billion gallons of water each year.
